Kher no more FTII chairman

Anupam Kher, who is the chairman of the Film and Television Institute of India has resigned from his position owing to his commitment towards an international television show. The reason behind this is that Anupam has to stay in the US for his show. He has to be in the US for nine months between 2018 and 2019 and again for almost 3 years more. The Information and Broadcasting Minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore accepted his resignation and thanked him for his service. He replaced Gajendra Chauhan in October last year.
