Bomb at Salman’s Galaxy?

A star is nothing without his fans, they shower immense love on their favorite celebrities. The fans literally idolize the stars and with this love comes obsession, which is sometimes harmful to both the fans and the stars. Recently, a minor boy from Ghaziabad got himself into trouble by sending a hoax mail to Bollywood’s ‘Bhaijaan’. On 4th December this sixteen-year-old boy sent a mail that read,

Bandra me Galaxy, Salman Khan ke ghar par agle 2 ghante me blast hoga, rok sakte ho to rok lo (Within the next two hours, a bomb blast will occur at Salman Khan's residence at the Galaxy Apartments in Bandra. Stop it if you can),"

The mail naturally created tension and a lot of panic among the family members of Salman Khan, and to top that the actor himself was not present at his apartment. As soon as the mail was sent, police officers along with the bomb detection and disposal squad (BDDS) reached the spot. Additional commissioner of Police Dr. Manoj Kumar Sharma also arrived at Salman’s residence along with the others. It was the actor’s parents Salim and Salma Khan and his sister Arpita at the apartment when the police reached there and evacuated the place. After the evacuation, the BDDS team and police searched the apartment for around four hours but they found nothing. Salman’s family was shifted back in the apartment only after thoroughly checking every nook and corner of their house. Once the threat had passed, the police immediately tracked the sender of the mail and soon after discovering the sender’s address the police headed towards Ghaziabad but the boy hid in the Tis Hazari Court in order to avoid the police. The accused teenager is preparing for his Common Law Admission Test or CLAT and his elder brother is also an advocate who met with the police in the absence of his brother. The boy’s brother explained everything to him and finally convinced him to get back home. The police sent a notice to him asking the boy to be present before the Bandra police. He did produce himself in front of the Bandra police who then produced him in before the court. The police filed a charge sheet against him. He was booked for a non-cognizable offense and was allowed to go after that.
