Amir Khan’s Return to ‘Mogul’

After the 'Thugs of Hindostan' debacle, Aamir Khan is all set to shirk it off and start afresh. In an interview with an eminent newspaper, Mr. perfectionist revealed his future plans. There he revealed that his next project is yet another biopic. His upcoming project is titled 'Mogul', biopic Gulshan Kumar, the founder of the music label 'T-Series'. He left that project last year owing to the accusations against the movie's director Subhas Kapoor. On the change of events the actor clarified that the case of Kapoor was not of workplace misconduct, hence it could not be investigated by the Internal Complaints Committee. Aamir reportedly said that he "feels differently about things right now".

Besides playing the lead role of the deceased Gulshan Kumar, Amir will also produce the film. Aamir offered the role to Akshay Kumar and Varun Dhawan previously, but things didn't turn out quite right, that's when Bhushan Kumar said,

"You've done your best, aap puri duniya ghoom kar aa gaye ho, lekin mere father ka role karna aap hi ko hai. It's written that you'll be doing the film.

As Aamir liked the script he agreed to take the role and he has no second thoughts about it anymore. He is also not afraid of any criticism, Aamir expressed that by saying,

"I'm just doing what my heart says is right, and what my conscience tells me is right. At that time, I felt that was the right step to take, so I took that. Today I feel differently. I'm going with my heart. Perhaps some people will be critical of my decision. But I have to live with my own conscience. So, I've done what my heart and conscience feel is right."

Apart from Aamir rest of the cast has not yet been decided. We have our fingers crossed hope it repairs the damage caused by his earlier film.
