Amir Khan to pursue entrepreneurial dreams?

Actor-director Amir Khan has recently invested in buying new commercial space worth Rs 35 crore in Mumbai. According to the reports, the filmmaker has bought four commercial office units. These commercial spaces most probably are a part of his new entrepreneurial investments. The 9,000 square feet of commercial space is situated at SV Road in Santacruz West in Prime Plaza building. Space is distributed in four office units, three on the second floor and one of the third floor. Amir had to pay 37,854 per sq. feet for space as per the reports. This commercial space has been registered in the name of his production house - Aamir Khan Production Pvt Ltd, and he had to pay a stamp duty of Rs 2.1 crores. The actor also got hold of six basement car parks and two open ones. Amir had last appeared in Thugs of Hindostan last year. His next project is going to be ‘Lal Singh Chaddha’, which is an official adaptation of Hollywood film ‘Forrest Gump’ and its shooting is scheduled to begin towards the end of this year.
